The amount we have spent on preventable losses since 12/17/06. This is lost items and broken items due to misuse. Spending like this affects all of us. This will be updated as losses occur. The common items we lose are; SmithCots, Pulse Ox Sensors, Pulse Ox Extensions, Monitor Cables and Pagers. Do your part to take care of the things we have. Updated 3/19/07

Do you have your Safety Glasses, N-95 Mask, and Traffic Safety Vest with you while you are working? If not and you need any of these items see your supervisor.

Are you really checking your unit? What was the oil level? Is your OB kit expired? How about the oral glucose or ped defib pads? Does your on board suction work? These are a few examples of things that are found checked daily on the sheet ...when really they were never checked at all. We need to fix this........
